Sooner or later all of you will face the reality of living on your own. You will be moving out, away from home
and have to survive on your own. Living on your own requires planning and thinking ahead. Every individual must
learn to live within their means or within their source of income. We need to learn to spend no more than we make.
How do we determine what we can spend on the essentials we need for survival? We do that by finding work that will enable
us to pay our bills, setting a budget (within our income range), learning to live by that budget, and planning for unforeseeable
events.
